Junior Front End Developer

Virteom is seeking a talented front end developer to join our team. In this role you will serve as a developer on our development team. The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in an ever-changing, team-oriented environment, has a passion for software development, and is looking for a unique place where they can grow their career. This position is located at our office in beautiful Avon, Ohio.

JOB DUTIES:

[Including but not limited to, of course!]

Software Engineering activities; including designing, developing, and supporting our products and services
Working with both technical and business teams for requirements gathering
Planning, creating and writing clean, reusable and modular code
Participating in system emergencies or crisis situations to define / implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication, and system clean-up activities
Continually improving job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment
Participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in our professional organization
Developing front end CSS interfaces for our customers. This may include Jquery skills as well.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Willing and ability to work in a Startup environment
PHP
MySQLJquery
CSS
MSSQL - Not required, but we would teach you.
.Net - Not required, but we would teach you.
Javascript
Must be authorized to work in the United States
