How to Add, Edit and Delete Photos in the PhotoGrid Module
Does your Virteom powered website have a photo gallery on it? Adding new photos to your gallery is really simple and even allows you to upload multiple images at one time.
In this how-to article, we explain how to add new photos to the gallery, remove photos from a gallery, add captions and delete your photo gallery.
Logging-In
First things first, you must log-in to your Virteom powered website. You can do this by visiting your website and adding /virteom at the end. This will take you to the log-in screen for the site.
Enter your email address in the email field
Enter your password in the password field
Click Login
Navigate to the PhotoGrid Module
Once youre logged-in you click Dashboard from the top gray editor menu.
After clicking Dashboard use the left sidebar menu to navigate over to Modules.
The module that handles gallery images is called PhotoGrid. Find PhotoGrid in the menu and click it.

Rearranging menu items in virteom cms
To start rearranging the order, your menu-items appear login to the back-end of your website.
Login to the back-end of your website by visiting (yourdomain.com)/virteom
Enter Email
Enter Password
Click Login
Once you log in, click on Site Pages or Navigation from the menu.
Once you arrive at your Navigation, youll notice the pages of your website have a distinct hierarchy. The pages on your site show in a tree layout - meaning the topmost item is the main menu item, and the pages that appear below it (indented) are children of the menu items. This, in turn, is used to determine how the navigation on your website will appear. For example, if you have a menu on your website that looks like this:

If you need to change your password in Virteom CMS (or Rocketsites 1.0) follow the directions outlined below:
Log-in with your current credentials
Visit your website/virteom to log-in to the back-end of your website and enter your current credentials:
Navigate to Member Management
After you log-in:
Rocket Sites 1.0 -- Choose Dashboard from the top navigation
Virteom CMS -- Choose Manager from the top navigation
From the left-hand menu Choose Members
Find Your Name / Account
Once you are on the members page, search for your name (or locate it on the page) and click Edit
Change your Password
Now that you are on your member page:
1. Update your password by typing a new password in the Password box
2. Click Save
Your Password is now updated!

With Virteom, website administrators can choose which members have access to certain areas on the site. For example, you would want your blogger to have access to create and edit blog pages. You can make different levels of users, from customers and staff, to full admins. Lets get started.
After logging in as an admin, select Dashboard (or Manager) from the top bar. Then, on the left hand side, select Members. This will bring up a screen showing all of the members who are registered to your site. You can also search for a members name using the Search field. Click on Edit next to a members name.
Here is the user access part of the next screen. You can edit contact information, change a users password, and update user access from this area.

Worried you may have missed a lead? Checking who has submitted a form on your website is easy with form submissions. Form submissions allow you to see who has submitted a response to any form on your website in one Excel file.
Keep reading to learn how to access your form submissions in Virteom CMS.
Login to the CMS
Click on Manager
Click on Forms on the left-hand side
Click on Submissions on the left-hand side underneath forms
Choose What Form Youd like to see Submissions
From the dropdown menu select the form you would like to see submissions for. The dropdown menu goes by thename of the form.
Export Submission(s) to Excel
Now that you are on the form youd like to see submission for, click the Click to ExportxxSubmission(s) To Excel
Check that you did not miss a lead!

Are your pictures a good size on desktop but become oversized or deformed on a mobile device? More than likely youre using pixels to set the dimensions of your photos, but is that the best way? This article will explain how you should be sizing the images on your Virteom powered website so that they look good across all devices.
As you make edits and additions to the pages of your website you find yourself adding images to support your content. Typically, the size of your image is too large for your page and with the popup picture below you set dimensions of your image using pixels:
Setting your images dimensions using pixels is what makes your image stretch on your cell phone or from one screen to another. You dont want to use pixels to set the dimensions of your images.
