Click on 'Add New Special Price'
Select a Visitor / Customer from the Visitor Drop Down
Add a price and click save.
Note: Once you click save both the drop down and the special price will blank out. This is normal to allow you to rapidly add more special pricing. If you return to the special pricing area you will see all of the visitors that have special pricing.
Adding bulk rate to a product
Add your Bulk Rate range
Add a range to your bulk rate. We suggest starting with 2 because you would want the default price to be available if they only add one item to the art. The range is the number of these items they add to the cart. Then simply add the price they get for each unit at that quantity range in their cart. We'll magically do the rest for you.
-
Add a starting range (this is the quantity they have in the cart)
-
Add an ending range
-
Add the price per unit at that range
-
Click on Add
Repeat this process and click Add
Ideally the higher the range the lower the price you should offer.
You can simply remove a bulk price by click on the 'X' to the left of that price range. Adding and deleting are simple.
If you would like to completely remove a product from the product line click on the delete button
A confirmation window will appear. Click delete again.
Warning: Once you delete a product you cannot get it back.
